With views to the sea, the main kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, microwave, ice dispenser, range oven and breakfast bar).
With comfy furniture, the triple reception room offers various seating areas to relax and take-in the views. The room has a traditional feel with stone flooring, fireplace and exposed wooden beams. The dining table seats 10.
The covered outdoor kitchen and dining area.is equipped with BBQ, plancha, and sink. The table seats 10 and there is a seperate lounging area. Sumptuous views, shade from the sun and a gentle breeze make this a spot many find hard to leave.
Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views with areas to sunbathe or relax in the shade. Poolside refreshments can be kept cool in the pool house that is equipped with a small bar and fridge.
The pool is deep but protected with fence and alarm. For use outside of the Summer months, the pool can be heated
The hillside garden is formed with series of flat terraces separated by drystone walls. These "restanques" are typical for the region though not protected with barriers; care must be taken with children who could fall.
Mature olive, lemon and orange trees are found together with gape vines.
