We invite you to relax and create wonderful memories in our cozy retreat located in this very special region of France famed for its art, history, cuisine, climate, and nature.

Whether kicking back by the pool or using the house as a base to explore the region, we warmly welcome you to our home and truly hope that you have a rejuvenating and enjoyable stay.. 

Our concierge team will be available throughout your stay to take care of any concerns that may arise and do anything extra to make your stay exceed your expectations.

Professional cleaning will be available for mid-stay cleaning if desired.

The AC is can be controlled independently in each of the x5 bedrooms. On the top-right of each control module is a small power button that can be used to activate the AC in order to warm or cool the room. 

In cooler months, radiators in the rest of the house can be controlled by the main thermostat located in the main living room.

The pool is deep away from the shallow end. Please be especially vigilate with anyone who can not swim well. The pool alarm must be deactivated before swimming. A pool technician will attend the pool weekly. Outside of summer months the pool may be heated (notice required)

The property has an alarm including motion detectors and window/ door sensors.  We do not recommend that guests set the alarm though this can  be arranged if desired. x4 Google cameras are also used to monitor the property exclusively when empty. 

We hope you enjoy exploring the garden that offers many secluded spots and wonderful views. There are plentiful grape vines, and orange trees- if in season please help yourself!

Please take care with the steps and be mindful that the traditional terracing (dry stone "restanques") are not protected with barriers. In places, there is a risk of falling and children must be supervised.

The main TV remote will allow access to Netflix etc. If desired, French TV can be accessed via the "set-top" box and remote..

We sincerely appreciate your understanding that the property is strictly non-smoking.

As the land is dry and there is a lot of wood within the house and garden, the risks of rapidly spreading fire is real. 

We kindly ask that no fires are lit in the property (no candles or use of the chimney indoors). When using the BBQ outside, please only use charcoal as fuel and not wood that can result in high flames.

Smoke alarms are fitted in the house and there are fire extinguishers in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Bins are collected from the street at the Northern entrance.

With a year-round mild climate and gentle breeze guests will enjoy creating memories with their friends and family whilst dinning and socialising outdoors. Please be mindful of making noise after 10pm as most of our neighbours are year-round residents.
